Refund Policy

VidFX AI sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Failed generations

If a generation fails or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You are never charged credits for a result you did not receive.

Unused credits

If you are not happy with a purchase, email support@vidfxai.com within 14 days of buying, with the email you used at checkout. We refund the pack in full if you have not used any of its credits, and otherwise refund the unused part.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
• Credits obtained by breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable.
